tattoo ink I’m Sally Hayes of Sally Hayes Permanent Makeup. And I approve this message.
My fellow Americans…(those with and without permanent makeup). You’d have to be totally disconnected to not know today is Election Day across the USA. Don’t worry, I never talk religion or politics with any of my clients. I’m not going to start now.
You’ve probably heard the saying, “If you don’t exercise your right to vote in elections, you don’t have the right to complain.” I understand the point. But since we do have Freedom of Speech I am unsure how true it is. What I do know is how all of this pertains to permanent makeup. I’m sure you’re wanting to know, too.
As a professional who has performed tens of thousands of successful procedures since Ronald Reagan was President, I can say from experience that if you’re like most women, taking care of your appearance is both a want and a need of yours. The reality is all Americans are judged on their appearance to some degree. This happens every day in every state of the union. Even Mitt & Ann Romney and Barack and Michelle Obama can agree on this point.
However, those women who have any or all of the following cosmetic tattooing (permanent eyebrows, permanent eyeliner, permanent lip makeup) know that basically once you’ve had a procedure done properly, you’ve given up your right or more importantly your need to complain about smudges, smears, rub offs, and everything related to that particular aspect of your personal appearance.
- If you voted to get eyebrow tattoos, you gave up your right to complain about not being able to grow your own eyebrows, having to pencil them in every day a few times a day, or having them look uneven.
- If you voted to get permanent eyeliner, you surrendered your right to complain about poking yourself in the eye with a pencil, all the time and effort it takes to apply eyeliner, and how your sick and tired of your eyes making you look tired to others.
- If you voted to get permanent lip makeup, you lost the right to complain about not being able to eat or drink anything without messing up your lipstick, or how the shrinking appearance of your mouth is making you look older.
A vote for permanent makeup is indeed a vote for yourself. Taking back precious time every day, gaining natural-looking enhancements of your appearance, and enjoying added confidence in who you are and how you look is a real winning ticket. These are important quality of life benefits of American women from Tennessee to Arizona that no politician can take away. Freedom from makeup when you want or need it, freedom from the mirror when you want or need it, freedom to focus on other things in your life you want or need to do, these freedoms are the heart and soul of the platform of my campaign as a permanent makeup artist.
This message has been brought to you by Sally Hayes Permanent Makeup with offices in Scottsdale-Phoenix, Memphis, Las Vegas, and perhaps someday The White House. God Bless America.
