Riches From Permanent Makeup Scottsdale

 

 

  Some notes from banks are worth much more than money. This one is for sure. It comes from Phoenix TV hairstylist, Marilyn Banks who I helped with her eyebrow tattoos. Here’s the story.

Marilyn works across the hall from my Permanent Makeup Scottsdale, Arizona location. She cuts hair. I do permanent makeup. She does my hair sometimes.
