She is an attractive young woman who now lives and works in Washington, D.C. as a business development executive for CDG Interactive, a full-service agency specializing in web strategy. I suspect Rebekah could sell a Republican a Vote for Obama bumper sticker because she is smart, articulate, impressive, and comes across as very genuine.
R.K.: Really Knows
Rebekah Kelly is a young woman who really knows what she wants, and then takes action on making it happen. I admire this in her. This is exactly what she’s done in getting permanent makeup.
She knows she wants to look beautiful but doesn’t want to give up her freedom to get it. She knows she wants to enjoy her busy lifestyle which includes being able to easily go from activity to activity whether it’s work or play. She wants added confidence in her appearance.
Rebekah grew interested in the benefits of permanent makeup after having a good experience with laser treatments. She recognized the importance of her face to both herself and others. She knows permanent makeup can help to fulfill her personal beauty goals. She had her eyes on permanent eyeliner and was savvy enough not to jump into it blindly. “I did extensive internet searches because I wanted the best,” she said. “That’s why I’ve travelled to Sally Hayes. I love how she makes permanent makeup look really natural.”
She first contacted me a few months ago. In May, she flew in from Washington, D.C. to my Permanent Makeup New York location* inside the offices of Tribeca Plastic Surgery in the popular, stylish community in Lower Manhattan. I’m always delighted when people choose to come to see me. But those who hop on a plane to do it, I admit make me feel really grateful and honored. I love permanent makeup so much I travel to do it. I’m glad others want it so much they’ll travel to get it. : )
In our first application, we discussed my unique style of doing permanent eyeliner. Rebekah was initially interested in eyeliner along the top of her eyelids. But after I explained how your eyes are a unit, she agreed to give it a try and we applied some feint pigment underneath the lash line. Today, Rebekah came in and confirmed this was right and she wanted me to do the second application darker. It was my pleasure.
She has a unique color to her eyes. They are a distinctive, beautiful shade of blue. Permanent eyeliner has enhanced and intensified the beauty of her eyes to where they pop even more now as a blue green color to me.

Rebekah was really kind in sharing with me she’s already convinced a number of her girlfriends from Washington, D.C. how they need to come see me for services in New York.*
I’ll be seeing them and Rebekah soon. While her permanent eyeliner will last for years, she now wants permanent lip makeup next. At that time, I’ll hope to put a big smile on her face which matches mine.
