microblading ink Anthony Davis is a rich, young man. The first pick in last night’s NBA Draft by the Charlotte Bobcats may turn out to be a great basketball player. But he is certainly not a great candidate for the procedures I do known as eyebrow tattoos or permanent eyebrows. In fact, he may be last in line for ever needing my services.
tattoo ink You see, Anthony Davis, was not only blessed with an abundance of height standing nearly 7 feet tall, he got one heck of an abundant unibrow. His actually has wingspan stretching across the top of both eyes. It’s a more noticeable look than the bad permanent eyebrows jobs I’m frequently asked to fix which resemble birds in flight.
I can’t tell you the last day I didn’t have at least one woman come in to one of my offices wishing she had a greater ability to grow her eyebrows. And while Anthony Davis has more than enough for a few of my clients, he’s not sharing, not cutting back at all. Apparently his teammates at the University of Kentucky and many other people since he’s become famous have encouraged him to shave his unibrow. No chance.
The great defensive player is defending his eyebrows and his image. He’s protecting his wallet, too. Davis has trademarked the phrases “Raise the Brow” and “Fear the Brow.” In an interview with CNBC, he told them he and his family decided to do this because his look is very unique. Davis said, “I don’t want anyone to try to grow a unibrow because of me and then try to make money off of it.” To ABC News he added, “When I’m in the NBA. I’m not going to change who I am.”
Good for Anthony Davis. But you know, I sell a ton of Latisse to women who want to enjoy the beauty of longer eyelashes. It works like a champ. Since I have permanent makeup locations in a few NBA cities, maybe I’ll try to meet Anthony when he plays in New York or Phoenix. I could sell him some great looking eyelashes to go with his UNIque UNIbrow.
