Permanent Makeup: Love You On Valentine’s Day

permanent makeup ink sally hayes permanent makeup phoenix tvLove is always in the air this time every year. But are you feeling it? How would you describe Cupid’s aim? Are his little love arrows slightly off target in your relationship? Or is he just completely missing in your life? Permanent makeup can help. Really.

“Falling in love with you again.” This will be the show and tell topic on TV. I’m bringing it to the ABC 15 studios in Phoenix, Arizona for my next appearance as guest permanent makeup expert on “Sonoran Living Live,” tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. If you can’t tune in, we’ll try to get a link for you on our website as soon as we can.

Coming along with me on the show will be a lovely woman named Judy Schreck. She is the owner of “Judy Arizona,” a high end boutique in North Scottsdale with great clothes, shoes, handbags, and more. Judy had a real problem with her eyebrows, or lack thereof. But she came to me to have her eyebrows tattooed and it was love at first sight with how they much better they looked. She actually decided to have a full face treatment, also getting permanent eyeliner, and permanent lip makeup.

As a permanent makeup artist, I feel blessed helping women to love who they are and how they look. It’s a glaring need I pretty much see six days a week whether I am in my locations in Scottsdale, Memphis, or Las Vegas. As women, we can be so hard on ourselves. We tend to focus way too much on what we consider to be our flaws. And spending as much time in front of the mirror as so many women do, it certainly doesn’t help matters much, does it? Again, I say permanent makeup can help. Here’s why.

You can enjoy instant gratification in transforming a facial feature you’ve loathed for a long time into one which suddenly you love. You won’t have to worry and waste any more of your precious time every day trying to hide it from yourself and the world. You won’t need to check the mirror as much as you’ve been used to doing. And when you do, it’ll be a much easier and more pleasant experience.

I work with many beautiful women who just didn’t seem to be able to see their own beauty. They were so focused on a particular facial feature or features they didn’t like. It’s rewarding to see how permanent makeup gives them more than just an enhanced, natural-looking appearance. It helps them with added confidence so they can love who they are and how they look.

By the way, I’m not being critical here. I’ll admit it. I’m just as guilty as the next woman, maybe even more so at times. So speaking from personal experience, I love what having permanent makeup on my face does for me, too.
