Permanent Eyebrows Procedure

  My client for this procedure was Joyce Tuszynski. I met her through a nurse friend of mine. Joyce happens to be a return client of mine. Previously she had me do her permanent eyeliner which she has been very happy about how it looks, and how it has made her daily life easier.
